UV Curing
Epi-Light's UV emitters are used in the printing, surface coating, adhesive and medical device industries. Epi-Light has specific expertise in high speed UV curing at multiple wavelengths and has had significant success in replacing traditional UV lamps. Epi-Light's UV emitters have many advantages over traditional UV lamps. They are highly efficient as the spectral range of our emitters is typically 30 nm and their emission is more controllable and can therefore be focussed on the target area. They also emit no heat making them ideal for curing heat sensitive materials.
Our products and solutions can deliver up to 12 watts per cm2 from a very compact form factor. Epi-Light is continuing to develop and improve our existing product range to take advantage of new opportunities in this expanding market.
