About Epi-Light
Epi-Light Ltd. is a progressive and dynamic indigenous technology company based in Cork.
Epi-Light was established in 2006 with the goal of developing High Brightness Light Emitting Diodes (HB LEDs) based optical solutions and products for specific applications primarily in the life science and industrial markets. During the past four years Epi-Light has developed unrivalled expertise in LED based system development and production and this has allowed Epi-Light to expand its product portfolio and its target markets. Epi-Light now develops and manufactures products and systems across multiple applications. Key markets served by Epi-Lights products and custom engineering services include:

Epi-Light's technology and products are backboned by very high power LED based light sources at specialised wavelengths (UV/Visible/IR) and with integrated optics, electronics and thermal management.
Epi-Light has a very close and successful relationship with third level research and development institutions including: Tyndall National Institute and CAPPA (Centre for Applied Photonics and Process Analysis at Cork Institute of Technology) and it collaborates closely with both institutions on practical product development matters as well as research based activities.
