Epi-Light's range of products including the Exci-Light delivers high brightness and a very narrow spectral output in a uniform beam. Epi-Light products (Exci-Light, Projector Light, Spot Light, Co-axial Light) have been used in a variety of life science applications.
Epi-Light's LED based products deliver significant advantages over traditional arc and incandescent lamps such as Xenon (Xe), high pressure Mercury (Hg), Xenon-Mercury (Xe-Hg), Quartz-Tungsten Halogen (QTH) and Mercury-Argon (Hg-Ar). These advantages include: narrow spectral range, precise control of emitted light, lower power consumption, compact form factor and long lifetime, typically over 50,000 hours.
