We offer unique technical consultancy to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices sectors. We specialise in supporting implementation of optical technologies for product analysis and product inspection applications.

We help our customers determine what’s in their product and advise on what
technologies can be used to inspect for consistent product quality.

Our areas of expertise include;

• Analysis of the fundamental physical and optical properties of materials including analysis of product ingredients and product contaminants.
  
  
• Evaluation, implementation and validation of optical systems for in-line Process Analytical Technologies (PAT). This includes implementation of UV/Visible, NIR and Fluorescence on-line analysis systems.
  
  
• Evaluation, implementation and validation of vision systems for product quality inspection. Examples includes inspection systems for tablets, capsules, ampoules and medical devices such as stents.
